An Idiot Abroad

an-idiot-abroadThis new show out from the comic duo of Ricky Gervais and Steve Merchant looks well worth a watch. We have been sitting around laughing at the trailor and now are looking forward to finding this somewhere on the internet.

This is a first look at An Idiot Abroad coming 23 Sept on Sky1 HD.

Ricky Gervaisand Steve Merchant have sent Karl Pilkington around the world to experience some of the greatest monuments to human civilization. It's a travel documentary like no other.

It looks very funny, if you like that sort of thing. Karl Pilkington is not one it seems for being outside of his comfort zone, and this is tremendously exploited to our advantage. Travel shows can be a bit boring, this one might just break that mold!

Some will recognise comedian Ricky Gervais from the wildly hilarious and successful shows "The Office" and "Extras", as well as more recently several big hollywood features, as well as many stand up comedic performances. A very dry sense of humour with self depreciating twists.
